Descrição da função
Cleaning the working environment and kitchen equipment and identifying details/defects;
Assist with receiving and storing delivered items;
Performing preparatory work such as washing, cutting, (pre) cooking, mixing/stirring and the like;
Assessing the quality (freshness, shelf life, etc.) of products/ingredients to be used;
Preparation of (auxiliary) resources (at the same time) preparing dish (s) and/or dishes according to recipes or specific instructions of the chef;
Performing interim quality checks (doneness, taste, color, fluidity, etc.) and carrying out adjustments/additions where necessary;
Preparation of dishes (preparation of plates/garnishing);
Check dishes for meeting presentation requirements (before passing);
Passing ready meals;
Checking and accounting for consumed quantities of ingredients and half-finished products;
Making proposals for adjustment of card/menus, recipes, garnishes and the like;
Elaboration of proposals in recipe and preparation instructions e.d.
Will not stop until the work is finished;
Takes responsabitlity for their own work;
Helps colleagues without asking for it;
Has a pleasant relationship with colleagues;
Remains calm/calm under difficult conditions or high work pressure;
Recovers quickly after adversity or disappointment;
Is open to feedback, learns from mistakes;
