Descrição da função
Classifying and assigning activities, giving directions/instructions, supervising the progress and quality of the work;
Planning of quantities of products to be prepared, monitoring the responsible use of raw materials;
Monitoring the connection with the operation, (supervising continuous) coordination and communication with the operation, especially with special requests and expected problems/stagnations with orders, issuing process and the like;
Receiving and handling questions, complaints, problems and the like, contact manager in case of major problems;
Supervising compliance with safety, health & safety, HACCP and work and presentation methods (corporate identity);
Self-cooperating in the execution (cooking, preparation of dishes, cleaning up, etc.);
Guiding/training new employees/trainnes/students;
Contribute to changes/renewal menu and the development of recipes, garnishes, etc.;
Making proposals to the professional manager (chef, entrepreneur/owner) from daily practice and/or signals from the market both in terms of products/dishes and work processes;
Try out and evaluate new recipes;
Elaborating recipe instructions for employees;
Preparation of order lists for the own partie or total kitchen (in the absence of the chef);
Passing orders to suppliers;
Take care of the recipe check and complain in case of deviations.
Looks like business (even outside of their own work) and stays up when they can;
Shows interest in others and what occupies them;
Shows others exemplary behaviour;
Corrects immediately if the requirements are not met.
